Our flower delivery services cover the Greater Vancouver Area, offering convenience and beauty to your doorstep. Orders over $100 enjoy free delivery in our signature DB carrier box. Excitingly, we now extend our service to British Columbia and Alberta!
Same Day Delivery
To ensure same day delivery in the Greater Vancouver Area, place your order online before 11am. Our team will create your beautiful flowers with care and love. Advanced orders are also welcomed. If you need delivery to BC and Alberta, selected postal codes enjoy next day delivery or delivery within 1-2 days.
Delivery Time Estimates
We deliver from Monday to Friday between 12pm-8pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 10am-6pm. For specific time delivery, request for a small additional charge of $10 to make your special occasion even more magical.

Returns and Refunds
Orders can be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery will be charged in full. For any disputes, please provide proof of purchase (order number, order form, receipt, and a photo of the product) within 24 hours of delivery.
Failed, Returned or Non-deliveries
Designer Blooms cannot be held responsible for failed or returned deliveries due to recipient unavailability, no response, or refusal to accept the delivery. In such cases, re-delivery fees will apply (fees vary based on location). Orders returned to the studio due to unsuccessful deliveries are not eligible for a refund. You have the option to select same-day re-delivery (additional fees apply) within our delivery time window or next day re-delivery. Please note that we are not liable for the quality of fresh/mixed blooms products. Designer Blooms is not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, closed or inaccessible roads, or other factors beyond our control. In rare cases, a full refund will be issued for deliveries that fail under such conditions. Otherwise, customers may contact Designer Blooms for repurchase and redelivery arrangements.
