How often will I receive my bouquet?
You can opt for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly deliveries based on what suits you best. Pick your delivery date for your first order, then subsequent bouquets will be delivered on Wednesdays. We also offer two payment options: pay-as-you-go or pay upfront for the entire subscription. Mix and match these choices to create a subscription plan that works for you!
Can I pick the style?
Every bouquet is uniquely designed by our floral team so that you receive something fresh and new every delivery. We do encourage you to let us know if you have your heart set on something special. We also ask that you let us know if there are any cultural sensitivities to colours or flowers.
Can I buy a subscription as a gift?
Absolutely! Subscriptions make great gifts for special occasions. You can customize the gift by selecting the delivery frequency and duration that suits your recipient. Surprise a loved one with a gift that keeps on giving!
Will my bouquet come with a vase?
You can purchase a vase from us for $25 for your first delivery to arrive in! From then, we will send the flowers as a bouquet and they can be added to your new vase. If you opt in for a vase in your first delivery, our floral designers will choose the most beautiful vase to compliment your bouquet.
Can I change my delivery address?
Bought a subscription for yourself, but want to surprise a friend with a bouquet? No problem! Simply email us at ca@desigerblooms.com to change your delivery address. Please include the new recipients name and contact number for delivery. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice for any changes.
Can I pause or cancel my flower subscription?
Yes, please email us at ca@designerblooms.com or call 236-428-2704 at least two weeks before the next delivery in order to cancel or make any changes to your subscription service.
How often will I be billed?
We have two subscription plans, ongoing and prepaid. If you choose prepaid, you will be charged for all deliveries when you first place your order. If you choose ongoing, you will be charged according to the plan you chose; weekly, bi-weekly, monthly.
Is shipping free?
Yes! Shipping is free for subscriptions to select areas. Deliveries to zone 1 and 2 are free and deliveries to zone 3 are $10. Not sure what zone you’re in? Find out below:

Can I change the tier of my subscription?
Bought a grande subscription but fancy upgrading it to a luxe? No problem! Please email ca@designerblooms.com with your subscription details and the changes you would like to make!
NOTE:
Subscriptions with unsuccessful payments will be cancelled. Also, flowers will vary for every delivery depending on availability of blooms, but rest assured, we will deliver a product of similar value and quality.

As soon as your bouquet arrives, remove the packaging. Untie the stems and give your fresh blooms some breathing space!
🌿 Trim and Tidy Your Cut Flowers
Give your flower stems a fresh start by trimming them at a 45º angle with sharp scissors or garden shears. Also, remove any excess leaves. Trimming the stems at an angle helps them absorb water faster!
💦 Quench Their Thirst with Flower Food
Before putting your flowers in a vase, make sure it's clean! Eliminate any harmful bacteria by cleaning the vase thoroughly. Fill the vase halfway with room temperature water and add the flower food packet that comes with your bouquet. This will keep your flowers hydrated and nourished, ensuring their vibrancy and freshness. Flower food is their best friend!
☀️ The Perfect Spot to Keep Your Flowers Fresh
Now that your fresh cut flowers are in lukewarm water, find a cozy spot in your home for your bouquet. Make sure to avoid direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Your flowers will appreciate a comfortable environment just as much as you do!
🍎 Fruit-Free Zone
Avoid placing your bouquet near ethylene-producing fruits like apples and bananas. These fruits can cause your flowers to wilt faster, and we want them to last longer!

SUBSTITUTION
Due to the season and availability, substitution may occur. Don't worry. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape and overall colour schemes of the bouquet, but there may be some variance due to availability of flowers.DELIVERY
Our delivery window is 12pm-8pm Monday-Friday and 10am-6pm on Saturday. Each bouquet will be delivered in the DB Signature box and will include a message card. Please let us know what message to include at checkout.At Designer Blooms, we don't just deliver flowers; we deliver experiences.
