Experience the sheer delight of receiving your flowers on the same day with our exclusive same-day delivery service, available in the Greater Vancouver Area. To ensure prompt delivery, we recommend placing your order online before 11 am on the day of delivery. This allows our dedicated team to create your exquisite arrangement with ample time. For added convenience, advance orders are also welcome. If you require delivery to British Columbia and Alberta, we offer next-day delivery to selected postal codes or delivery within 1-2 days.
We understand that your time is valuable, which is why we provide flexible delivery time frames. Orders will be delivered from Monday to Friday, between 12 pm and 8 pm, and on Saturdays from 10 am to 6 pm. If you need delivery at a specific time for a special occasion, we can accommodate your request for an additional charge of $10.

Shipping within British Columbia incurs a fee of $20, while shipping to Alberta is available at a fee of $25.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date to receive a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery will be charged in full. In the event of any disputes, customers must provide proof of purchase (order number, order form, receipt, and a photo of the product in question) within 24 hours of delivery.

Cancellations, Refunds, Redeliveries

While we always strive for successful deliveries, Designer Blooms cannot be held responsible for failed or returned deliveries due to the recipient's absence at the specified delivery address, lack of response to doorbells, buzzers, or phone calls after a reasonable amount of time, or if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery. If any of these situations occur, Designer Blooms reserves the right to charge for re-delivery (fees vary based on location). Please note that orders returned to the studio due to unsuccessful deliveries are not eligible for a refund. However, you have the option to have your order re-delivered on the same day (additional fees apply) if within our delivery time window, or it will be re-delivered the following day. We want to remind you that we cannot be held liable for the quality of the blooms, especially for fresh or mixed blooms products. Furthermore, Designer Blooms is not responsible for any non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, closed or inaccessible roads, or other factors beyond our control. If a delivery fails under such conditions, the order will be returned to the studio, and a full refund will only be issued under rare circumstances. Otherwise, customers may contact Designer Blooms to arrange for repurchase and redelivery.
