As soon as your bouquet arrives, take it out of its packaging. Untie those stems and allow your fresh blooms to breathe freely!

Give your flower stems a fresh start by trimming them at a 45º angle using a sharp pair of scissors or garden shears. Also, remove any excess leaves. This step will help your cut stems absorb water more effectively!

Quench Their Thirst with Flower Food 💦

Prior to filling your vase with water, make sure it's clean and free from bacteria. Fill the vase halfway with room temperature water and add the flower food packet that comes with your bouquet. Designer Blooms offers flower delivery services in the Greater Vancouver Area, bringing beauty straight to your door. With orders over $100, enjoy the convenience of free delivery! Each bouquet arrives in our signature DB carrier box, ensuring your flowers are safe and stunning. Please note that Sunday delivery services are unavailable. Plus, we are thrilled to announce that you can now send your love through flowers across British Columbia and Alberta!

Same Day Delivery

Experience the joy of receiving your flowers on the same day with our exclusive same day delivery service, available in the Greater Vancouver Area. To ensure your flowers arrive promptly, please place your order online before 11am on the day of delivery. This allows our dedicated team to create your beautiful arrangement in time. For added convenience, advance orders are also welcome. If you require delivery to British Columbia and Alberta, we offer next day delivery to selected postal codes or delivery within 1-2 days.

Delivery Time Estimates

Enjoy the convenience of flexible delivery time frames! Orders will be delivered from Monday to Friday, between 12pm-8pm, and on Saturdays from 10am-6pm. If you require delivery at a specific time for a special occasion, we can accommodate your request for an additional charge of $10.

For shipping within British Columbia, a fee of $20 is applied. Shipping to Alberta is available at a fee of $25.

Returns and Refunds

Should you wish to cancel an order, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery will be charged in full. In the event of any disputes, customers must provide proof of purchase (order number, order form, receipt, and a photo of the product in question) within 24 hours of delivery.

Failed, Returned or Non-deliveries

While we always strive for a successful delivery, Designer Blooms cannot be held responsible for failed or returned deliveries due to the recipient's absence at the specified delivery address, lack of response to doorbells, buzzers, or phone calls after a reasonable amount of time, or if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery. In these cases, Designer Blooms reserves the right to charge for re-delivery (fees vary based on location). Orders returned to the studio due to unsuccessful deliveries are not eligible for a refund. You may choose to have your order re-delivered on the same day (additional fees apply) if within our delivery time window, or it will be re-delivered the next day. Please note that we cannot be held liable for the quality of the blooms, especially for fresh/mixed blooms products. Furthermore, Designer Blooms is not responsible for any non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, closed or inaccessible roads, or other factors beyond our control. If a delivery fails under such conditions, the order will be returned to the studio, and a full refund will only be issued in rare cases. Otherwise, customers may contact Designer Blooms to arrange for repurchase and redelivery.
