🌼 Let Your Fresh Flowers Breathe
When your bouquet arrives, release it from its packaging. Untie the stems and give those fresh blooms some air!
🌿 Trim and Tidy the Stems
Start afresh by trimming the stems at a 45º angle using sharp scissors or garden shears. Remove excess leaves too. Your trimmed stems will absorb water more efficiently!
💦 Keep Them Hydrated with Flower Food
Ensure your vase is clean! Wash it thoroughly to eliminate harmful bacteria. Fill the vase halfway with room temperature water and add the flower food packet that came with your bouquet. This keeps your flowers nourished and vibrant. Flower food is essential!
☀️ Find the Perfect Spot
Once your fresh cut flowers are in lukewarm water, find a cozy spot in your home for the bouquet. Avoid direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Your flowers will appreciate a comfortable environment just as much as you do!

At Designer Blooms, we provide flower delivery services in the Greater Vancouver Area. Enjoy free delivery on orders over $100, with each bouquet arriving in our signature DB carrier box. Please note that delivery services are unavailable on Sundays. Exciting news! You can now conveniently send flowers across British Columbia and Alberta!
SAME DAY DELIVERY
Experience the convenience of same-day flower delivery, exclusively available in the Greater Vancouver Area. To ensure prompt arrival, please place your order online by 11 am on the day of delivery. This allows us sufficient time to create your beautiful flowers. Advance orders are also accepted for added convenience. For delivery to BC and Alberta, we offer next-day delivery to selected postal codes or delivery within 1-2 days.
Enjoy flexible delivery hours! Orders will be delivered between 12 pm and 8 pm from Monday to Friday, and from 10 am to 6 pm on Saturdays. If you require delivery at a specific time for a special occasion, we can accommodate your request for an additional charge of $10.

Deliveries within British Columbia are subject to a fee of $20, while shipping to Alberta is priced at $25.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We understand that plans may change. You can cancel your order at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date and receive a full refund. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery will be charged in full. In the event of any disputes, customers must provide proof of purchase (order number, order form, receipt, and a photo of the product in question) within 24 hours of delivery.
FAILED, RETURNED, OR NON-DELIVERIES
While we strive for successful deliveries, certain circumstances may result in failed or returned deliveries. Designer Blooms cannot be held responsible if the recipient is not present at the specified delivery address, does not respond to the doorbell, buzzer, or phone call after a reasonable amount of time, or refuses to accept the delivery. In such cases, Designer Blooms reserves the right to charge for re-delivery (fees vary based on location). Please note that orders returned to the studio due to unsuccessful deliveries are not eligible for a refund. However, alternative options are available. If within our delivery time window, you can choose to have your order re-delivered on the same day (additional fees apply). Otherwise, it will be re-delivered the next day. Please note that we will not be liable for the quality of the blooms, especially for fresh/mixed blooms products. Designer Blooms is not responsible for any non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, closed or inaccessible roads, or other factors beyond our control. In the event of a delivery failure under such conditions, the order will be returned to the studio, and a full refund will only be issued in rare cases. Otherwise, customers may contact Designer Blooms to arrange for repurchase and redelivery.
