We are delighted to bring beauty straight to your door, making it easier than ever to enjoy the convenience of fresh flowers. With orders over $100, you can take advantage of free delivery. Rest assured, each bouquet is carefully delivered in our signature DB carrier box, ensuring your flowers arrive safe and stunning. Kindly note that Sunday delivery services are currently unavailable.
At Designer Blooms, we strive to offer exceptional customer experiences. That's why we are thrilled to announce that you can now send your love through flowers across British Columbia and Alberta! Experience the joy of receiving your flowers on the same day with our exclusive same-day delivery service, available in the Greater Vancouver Area. For prompt delivery, we recommend placing your order online before 11 am on the day of delivery. This allows our dedicated team to create your beautiful arrangement in time. And for added convenience, we welcome advance orders.
To accommodate your busy schedule, we provide flexible delivery time frames. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, between 12 pm and 8 pm, and on Saturdays from 10 am to 6 pm. Should you require delivery at a specific time for a special occasion, we can fulfill your request for an additional charge of $10.
Our local delivery services cover a wide range of areas, including Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, Delta, Surrey, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, North Vancouver, and West Vancouver.

For shipping within British Columbia, a fee of $20 applies, and shipping to Alberta is available at a fee of $25.
We are committed to your satisfaction. In the event that you wish to cancel your order, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery will be charged in full. In case of any disputes, we kindly ask customers to provide proof of purchase (order number, order form, receipt, and a photo of the product in question) within 24 hours of delivery.
Redeliveries, Refunds and Cancellations
Designer Blooms cannot be held responsible for failed or returned deliveries due to the recipient's absence at the specified delivery address, lack of response to doorbells, buzzers, or phone calls after a reasonable amount of time, or if the recipient declines to accept the delivery. In such cases, Designer Blooms reserves the right to charge for re-delivery, with fees varying based on the location. Please note that orders returned to the studio due to unsuccessful deliveries are not eligible for a refund. However, you may opt to have your order re-delivered on the same day (additional fees apply) if within our delivery time window, or it will be re-delivered the following day. We want to remind you that we cannot be held liable for the quality of the blooms, especially for fresh/mixed bloom products. Furthermore, Designer Blooms is not responsible for any non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, closed or inaccessible roads, or other factors beyond our control. If a delivery fails under such conditions, the order will be returned to the studio, and a full refund will only be issued on rare occasions. In all other cases, customers may contact Designer Blooms to arrange for repurchase and redelivery.
