Orders will be delivered Monday to Friday, between 12 pm and 8 pm, and on Saturdays from 10 am to 6 pm. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you wish to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery will be charged in full. In the event of any disputes, customers must provide proof of purchase (order number, order form, receipt, and a photo of the product in question) within 24 hours of delivery.

Failed returned, or undelivered items.

While we always strive for successful deliveries, Designer Blooms cannot be held responsible for failed or returned deliveries due to the recipient's absence at the specified delivery address, lack of response to doorbells, buzzers, or phone calls after a reasonable amount of time, or if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery. In these cases, Designer Blooms reserves the right to charge for re-delivery (fees vary based on location). Please note that orders returned to the studio due to unsuccessful deliveries are not eligible for a refund. However, you may choose to have your order re-delivered on the same day (additional fees apply) if within our delivery time window, or it will be re-delivered the next day. We want to remind you that we cannot be held liable for the quality of the blooms, especially for fresh/mixed blooms products. Furthermore, Designer Blooms is not responsible for any non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, closed or inaccessible roads, or other factors beyond our control. If a delivery fails under such conditions, the order will be returned to the studio, and a full refund will only be issued in rare cases.
