If you need delivery to British Columbia and Alberta, we offer next-day delivery to selected postal codes or delivery within 1-2 days. We value your time, and that's why we offer flexible delivery time frames. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, between 12 pm and 8 pm, and on Saturdays from 10 am to 6 pm. For an additional charge of $10, we can accommodate specific delivery time requests for special occasions.
Our local delivery services cover Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, Delta, Surrey, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, North Vancouver, and West Vancouver.

For shipping within British Columbia, a fee of $20 is applied. Shipping to Alberta is available at a fee of $25.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you wish to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery will be charged in full. In the event of any disputes, please provide proof of purchase within 24 hours of delivery.
Failed, returned, or undelivered items
While we always strive for successful deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for failed or returned deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes recipient's absence, lack of response, or refusal to accept the delivery. In such cases, re-delivery fees may be charged (varies based on location). Orders returned due to unsuccessful delivery are not eligible for a refund. However, you can choose to have your order re-delivered on the same day (additional fees apply) if within our delivery time window, or it will be delivered the next day. We cannot be held liable for the quality of blooms, especially for fresh/mixed blooms products. Furthermore, we are not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, closed or inaccessible roads, or other factors beyond our control. If a delivery fails under such conditions, the order will be returned, and a full refund will be issued in rare cases. Otherwise, please contact us to arrange for repurchase and redelivery.
