Give your flower stems a fresh start by trimming them at a 45º angle using sharp scissors or garden shears. Also, be sure to remove any excess leaves. These simple steps will help your stems absorb water faster!

💦 Quench Their Thirst with Flower Food

Prior to filling your vase with water, ensure it's clean and free from any harmful bacteria. Then, halfway fill your vase with room temperature water and add the flower food packet provided with your bouquet. This will not only keep your flowers hydrated and nourished but also help them maintain their vibrant and fresh appearance. Flower food is your trustworthy ally!

For deliveries within British Columbia, there is a $20 fee, and shipping to Alberta is priced at $25.

Returns and Refunds:

Cancellations accepted at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery are charged in full.
For any disputes, customers must provide proof of purchase within 24 hours of delivery.

Failed, Returned, or Non-deliveries:

If the recipient is not present, unresponsive to delivery attempts, or refuses the delivery, Designer Blooms cannot be held responsible. In such cases, a re-delivery charge applies (fees vary based on location). Please note, orders returned due to unsuccessful deliveries are not eligible for a refund. However, you have options - re-delivery on the same day within our delivery window (additional fees apply) or next-day re-delivery. Designer Blooms is not liable for the quality of blooms, especially for fresh/mixed bloom products. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses, closed/inaccessible roads, or factors beyond our control. In rare cases of delivery failure under such conditions, a full refund is issued. Otherwise, customers may contact Designer Blooms for repurchase and redelivery arrangements.
