I ordered the Prestige option specifically because it promised a high-end arrangement with an abundance of premium flowers and a beautifully crafted design. Unfortunately, what I received looked nothing like the image on your website. The flower count was noticeably lower, the arrangement lacked structure and polish, and overall, it resembled a basic grocery store bouquet rather than the luxurious design advertised.
This is the second time I’ve placed an order and received something that did not match the product photos. At this point, I’m deeply disappointed and concerned that your marketing is misleading. It feels like false advertising, and I believe it’s important to bring this to your attention. I’d appreciate a response and clarification on how you plan to address this.
