90% of our flowers are globally sourced and imported from China, Ecuador and Holland. Other blooms come from various farms in the Philippines such as Tagaytay, Baguio and Bukidnon.

Each flower in a bouquet has a water tube to ensure its freshness. Each bouquet and vase arrangement is wrapped in our designer paper and ribbon, dabbed with our signature scent, and comes with a printed message card and flower tips and care. The final product is then packaged the Designer Blooms way – carefully placed inside our designer black packaging and ready to be received.

We are committed to a fresh and timely delivery, and give you our very best efforts to keep your bouquet of flowers fresh when it arrives at your destination. Every Designer Blooms gift is a special expression of the care you give to someone. If your order arrives in a condition that doesn’t reflect those feelings, please contact us at ca@designerblooms.com and we’ll make things right.

We highly recommend that you create an account with us to help ensure proper delivery. As soon as you finish entering your order details, you should receive an email confirmation which will have been sent to your valid email address including the information that you submitted.

We do our best to stay true to the design our floral artists prepared during our shoot.

A few substitutions on fillers may be needed depending on availability, but rest assured, all blooms we send out go through a quality check by our team.

We deliver within key areas of Greater Vancouver including: Vancouver, Burnaby, North Vancouver, Coquitlam, Port Moody, New Westminister, Richmond, Delta, and Surrey. To check if we can deliver to your area, please input your postcode in the CART page.

We currently have 3 delivery rates depending on the delivery area. These rates are subject to change without notice and do not apply to delivery rates for special SUPER PEAK SEASON delivery days – Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas. Shipping fees are automatically calculated when you input your postcode in the CART section.

Our standard delivery schedule is Monday through Sunday between 10am to 6pm. Please note we do not commit to exact delivery time requests, but rest assured your blooms will be delivered to the address you inputted.

Orders placed before 12nn will be delivered the following day or later.

NOTE:
Cut-off time for Sunday deliveries is Friday 12nn.

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the courier will have the order received by a person with close affinity to the recipient or is physically present in the exact address.

If there is no one available to receive the delivery, the courier will take the order back to our headquarters and you will be notified via email. A redelivery fee will be charged should you opt to have your order delivered again.

No, you will need to complete another order separately.

We currently ship to Vancouver and the Philippines.

As proof, a delivery receipt signed by the recipient confirms the completion of the service.

We take every precaution to preserve and care for your flowers so it gets to its destination, farm-fresh. However, for unforeseeable reasons that the flowers do not arrive in good condition or do not arrive at all, we will be happy to replace them for you.

We currently accept payment through ShopPay.

You are charged only when your credit card information is verified and as soon as we confirm the sale at the end of the transaction. Credit card companies usually bill by local currency equivalent to the purchase price at the time of order, so you are safe from fluctuations. The charge should arrive with your next credit card bill.
