Each bouquet and vase arrangement is wrapped in our Designer Blooms paper and ribbon, dabbed with our signature scent, and comes with a printed message card, flower tips and care. The final product is then packaged the Designer Blooms way – carefully placed inside our Designer Blooms packaging and ready to be received.

We are committed to a fresh and timely delivery, and give you our very best efforts to keep your bouquet of flowers fresh when it arrives at your destination. To place an order, simply visit our website and browse our collection of beautiful flowers. Once you've made your selection, add the chosen bouquet to your cart and proceed to checkout, providing the necessary delivery details.

We highly recommend that you create an account with us to help ensure proper delivery. As soon as you finish entering your order details, you should receive an email confirmation which will have been sent to your valid email address including the information that you submitted.

We do our best to stay true to the design our floral artists prepared during our shoot. Due to the season and availability, substitution may occur. Don't worry. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape and overall colour schemes of the bouquet, but there may be some variance due to availability of flowers.

Yes, you can! During the checkout process, you will have the option to select a specific delivery date that suits your requirements. You can order in advance or same day delivery up to 11am the day of.

Yes, we offer same-day delivery on orders for hand delivery in Vancouver, placed before 11am the day of.

Yes, you will receive a tracking link once your order is out for delivery. This way, you can stay updated on the status of your flower delivery.

We hand deliver within Greater Vancouver including: Vancouver, Burnaby, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Coquitlam, Port Moody, New Westminster, Richmond, Delta, and Surrey. We also ship our flowers to the rest of BC and Alberta.

We currently have 3 delivery rates depending on the delivery area. These rates are subject to change without notice and do not apply to delivery rates for special SUPER PEAK SEASON delivery days – Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas. Shipping fees are automatically calculated when you input your postcode in the CART section.

Our standard delivery schedule is Monday through Saturday between 12pm to 8pm. Please note we do not commit to exact delivery time requests, but rest assured your blooms will be delivered to the address you inputted.

Orders placed before 12nn will be delivered the following day or later.

NOTE: Cut-off time for Saturday deliveries is Friday 12nn.

No, you will need to complete another order separately.

We currently ship to BC, Alberta, the US and the Philippines.

We currently accept payment through ShopPay and PayPal.

You are charged only when your credit card information is verified and as soon as we confirm the sale at the end of the transaction. Credit card companies usually bill by local currency equivalent to the purchase price at the time of order, so you are safe from fluctuations. The charge should arrive with your next credit card bill.
