We hand delivery flowers in the Great Vancouver Area and Calgary

Upon placing an order in our website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

HAND / LOCAL DELIVERY POLICY

Vancouver
Designer Blooms delivers in Vancouver, 12nn to 7pm from Mondays to Sundays. Cut off for same day orders is 1pm daily. 

Calgary
Designer Blooms delivers in Calgary, 12nn to 7pm from Monday to Sundays. We offer same day delivery for orders placed before 10am MST. For Sunday orders please place your order before 6pm MST the night before.

Toronto
Designer Blooms delivers in Toronto 12nn to 7pm from Monday to Sundays. We offer same day delivery for orders placed before 11am EST. 

Montreal
Designer Blooms delivers in Montreal 12nn to 7pm from Monday to Sunday. We offer same day delivery for orders placed before 10am EST. For weekend deliveries, orders must be placed before 6pm on Friday.

We only accept specific time requests on a case to case basis and have a surcharge of $20 once accepted. We do not accept time requests for same day deliveries made after 11am.


Delivery schedule is subject to change without notice.
Due to congested and unpredictable nature of traffic and availability of driver, we do not commit to exact delivery times
Orders placed after the cut off time are to be delivered the day after or any other day as selected by the customer on the cart page. This is subject to change during peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas.

* For weekend deliveries, there's an additional charge of $5.00. Prices are also subject to change during peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas.


LATE DELIVERIES
As stated above, we do not commit to exact delivery times due to availability of drivers and unpredictable nature of traffic. Orders are to be delivered between 12nn - 7pm, PST. This is subject to change during peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas.


FAILED, RETURNED OR NON-DELIVERIES
Designer Blooms shall not be held responsible for failed or returned deliveries due to the following:

  1. If the recipient is not at the specified delivery address
  2. If no one responds to the doorbell, buzzer or phone call after a sufficient amount of time
  3. If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery
  4. In the event that one of the above mentioned instances occurred, Designer Blooms reserves the right to charge for re-delivery (this varies on location).

 

Orders that have been returned to the Studio due to unsuccessful deliveries are not eligible for a refund.

 

RE-DELIVERIES FOR FRESH/MIXED

Re-delivery fees will apply.
You can have your order re-delivered the same day (if it's still within our delivery time window), or the next day. Please note we will not be liable of the blooms' quality.
For re-deliveries beyond 48 hours or the original delivery date, a new order will need to be placed.

RE-DELIVERIES FOR DRIEDS

Re-delivery fees will apply.
You can have your order re-delivered (fees will apply) the same day (if it's still within our delivery time window), or it will be re-delivered whichever day you prefer since dried blooms last a long time.
