Not fresh, but wilted upon arrival for Mother’s Day

My 89-year old mum wasn’t sure if she should tell me that the flowers arrived wilted to save me from feeling bad, but I am glad she did. What a disappointment. I have already forwarded photos of the arrangement by email. Sad that my Mother’s Day greeting was so flat and depressing - certainly the opposite of what one hopes for. Really hope someone responds to my email. ([****])

Great service

Had to contact customer service a couple times due to delivery address changing and they were quick to respond and very helpful! Flowers were beautiful
