Overall, I am disappointed as a first time customer after seeing this companyās advertisements on Instagram.
I ordered the Luxe bouquet for my motherās birthday and paid $170 with tax (delivery was free). However, the bouquet does not meet any measure of luxury. My mom received three sunflowers, five roses and a handful of mums and dahlias. The rest of the bouquet was all greenery. While I am no florist, I canāt imagine a world where all those stems (and labour) amount to $170. I suspect that the free shipping promotion resulted in the bouquet being more sparse than it would have otherwise been to offset the loss in shipping fees. While the convenience of online ordering is nice, Iāve seen similar bouquets in stores for less than $100 (some of which I have purchased on other occasions). I could only imagine what the standard or grande bouquet would have come with.
I can appreciate that the bouquets vary based on seasonal availability but I struggle to justify the cost of this order. In any event, making bouquets based on seasonal availability would suggest that customers would be able to get more flowers for less as flowers are cheaper when in season. I will not be ordering again.

I sent the bouquet to a friend whose husband has just passed. They were a very welcome sight and they are lasting beautifully. Iām so happy with the quality of flowers, the ease of ordering, the helpful staff on the phone, and the speed of delivery. Looking forward to ordering again.

Although the ordering from the website was a breeze, and the delivery was on time, unfortunately I was disappointed by the flowers my friend received which is why itās a 4 star from me. I know the flowers canāt stay true to the picture on the website, but I would have hoped that they would have been a much closer match to those received and much more brighter and colourful.

Flowers looked fresh and was discreetly packed from a picture I saw. I did leave you a message to call me as the recipient waited all day and didn't get a call so thought the delivery date was missed. Maybe this review is my follow up request? I did leave a 'please call' phone number in the delivery instruction area when I ordered online so that she would be contacted when they arrived or at least the doorbell would be rung. Anyways, she found the box the next day on the steps outside when she was leaving the house. A couple of flowers didn't make it but the majority looked lovely she said.
