Unleash the Beauty of Your Fresh Blooms 🌼
As soon as your bouquet arrives, carefully remove the packaging and untie the stems. Give your flowers a chance to breathe and show off their natural beauty!
Trim and Tidy Your Cut flowers 🌿
Start your flowers off right by trimming the stems at a 45º angle using sharp scissors or garden shears. Remove any excess leaves too. This will help the stems absorb water more efficiently and keep your flowers fresh and vibrant.
Quench Their Thirst with Flower Food 💦
First, ensure your vase is clean by washing it thoroughly. Fill the vase halfway with room temperature water and add the flower food packet provided with your bouquet. This nourishing solution will keep your flowers hydrated and lively. Remember, flower food is their best friend!
Find the Perfect Spot for Your Flowers ☀️
Now that your fresh bouquet is ready, choose a cozy spot in your home for it. Avoid direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, as these can impact the longevity of your flowers. They deserve a comfortable environment as much as you do!

At Designer Blooms, we deliver flowers to the Greater Vancouver Area. Free delivery is provided for orders over $100, and every bouquet will arrive in our signature DB carrier box. Please note that we do not offer delivery on Sundays. You can now send flowers within British Columbia and Alberta!
Same Day Delivery
Same day flower delivery is only available within the Greater Vancouver Area. Order online before the cut off time for same day delivery at 11am on the day of delivery to give us time to create your beautiful flowers. You can also order in advance for your convenience. For shipping to BC and Alberta, we offer next day delivery to selected postal codes or 1-2 day delivery.
Delivery Time Estimates
Orders will be delivered between 12pm-8pm Monday to Friday and 10am-6pm on Saturday. If you need delivery for a special occasion at a precise time, we can do so at a $10 additional charge.

Shipping within British Columbia is $20, and shipping to Alberta is $25.
Returns and Refunds
Orders can be canceled at least 24 hours before the intended delivery date, and a full refund will be issued. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery will be charged in full. For disputes, customers must provide proof of purchase (order number, order form, receipt, and a photo of the product in question) within 24 hours of delivery.
Failed, Returned or Non-deliveries
Designer Blooms shall not be held responsible for failed or returned deliveries due to:
- The recipient not being at the specified delivery address
- No one responding to the doorbell, buzzer, or phone call after a sufficient amount of time
- The recipient refuses to accept the delivery
In the event of one of these, Designer Blooms reserves the right to charge for re-delivery (fees vary based on location). Orders returned to the Studio because of unsuccessful deliveries are not eligible for a refund. When this happens, you can have your order re-delivered (fees will apply) the same day (if it's still within our delivery time window), or it will be re-delivered the next day. Please note that we will not be liable for the quality of the blooms, especially if it's a fresh/mixed blooms product. Designer Blooms is not liable for any non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, closed or inaccessible roads and other reasons beyond our control. If a delivery fails under these conditions, the order will be returned to the studio and a full refund will only be issued in rare cases. Otherwise, customers may contact Designer Blooms to arrange for repurchase and redelivery.
