Route Package Protection

I ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered to her work on valentines day. I left a message that I needed them delivered by 4:30 as that’s when she leaves for the day. The delivery person called me at 6:30 saying the store was closed. The only option was to take them back to the warehouse and re-deliver the next day. The flowers were delivered the next day. The actual flowers and arrangement were beautiful but the flowers were looking a bit rough and the box they came in was ruined and wet. There was also a box of chocolates I ordered and they also were in rough shape. This had nothing to do with Designer Bloom and more to do with the delivery service. I messaged Designer Bloom and their customer service was incredible , and they provided a full refund and very quick responses. I will be using them again.
