I sent the bouquet to a friend whose husband has just passed. They were a very welcome sight and they are lasting beautifully. I’m so happy with the quality of flowers, the ease of ordering, the helpful staff on the phone, and the speed of delivery. Looking forward to ordering again.

Although the ordering from the website was a breeze, and the delivery was on time, unfortunately I was disappointed by the flowers my friend received which is why it’s a 4 star from me. I know the flowers can’t stay true to the picture on the website, but I would have hoped that they would have been a much closer match to those received and much more brighter and colourful.

Flowers looked fresh and was discreetly packed from a picture I saw. I did leave you a message to call me as the recipient waited all day and didn't get a call so thought the delivery date was missed. Maybe this review is my follow up request? I did leave a 'please call' phone number in the delivery instruction area when I ordered online so that she would be contacted when they arrived or at least the doorbell would be rung. Anyways, she found the box the next day on the steps outside when she was leaving the house. A couple of flowers didn't make it but the majority looked lovely she said.
