As soon as your bouquet arrives, remove the packaging. Untie the stems and give your fresh blooms some breathing space!

Give your flower stems a fresh start by trimming them at a 45º angle with sharp scissors or garden shears. Also, remove any excess leaves. Trimming the stems at an angle helps them absorb water faster!

Before putting your flowers in a vase, make sure it's clean! Eliminate any harmful bacteria by cleaning the vase thoroughly. Fill the vase halfway with room temperature water and add the flower food packet that comes with your bouquet. Substitution & Delivery

SUBSTITUTION

Due to the season and availability, substitution may occur. Don't worry. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape and overall colour schemes of the bouquet, but there may be some variance due to availability of flowers.

DELIVERY

Our delivery window is 12pm-8pm Monday-Friday and 10am-6pm on Saturday. Each bouquet will be delivered in the DB Signature box and will include a message card. Please let us know what message to include at checkout.
