These wraps are whatever you want them to be! Made of dead stock fabric, your possibilities are endless; a top, a bag, even a bonnet.

At Designer Blooms, we offer flower delivery services to the Greater Vancouver Area. Orders over $100 qualify for free delivery, and each bouquet will arrive in our signature DB carrier box. Kindly note that we do not provide delivery services on Sundays. Now, you can send flowers within British Columbia and Alberta!
Same Day Delivery
Same day flower delivery is exclusively available within the Greater Vancouver Area. To ensure same day delivery, please place your order online before 11am on the day of delivery. This will allow us sufficient time to create your beautiful flowers. For your convenience, you can also place advance orders. If you require delivery to BC and Alberta, we offer next day delivery to selected postal codes or delivery within 1-2 days.
Delivery Time Estimates
Orders will be delivered between 12pm-8pm from Monday to Friday and 10am-6pm on Saturday. If you require delivery at a specific time for a special occasion, we can accommodate your request for an additional charge of $10.
Delivery and Shipping Rates
Our local delivery services cover the following areas: Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, Delta, Surrey, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, North Vancouver, and West Vancouver.
Local delivery rates within the Greater Vancouver area are as follows:
V1M, V2X, V2Y, V2Z, V3A, V3Y, V4R, V7P, V7S, V7T, V7V Shipping within British Columbia incurs a fee of $20, while shipping to Alberta is priced at $25.
Returns and Refunds
Orders can be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date, and a full refund will be issued. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery will be charged in full. For any disputes, customers must provide proof of purchase (order number, order form, receipt, and a photo of the product in question) within 24 hours of delivery.
Failed, Returned or Non-deliveries
Designer Blooms cannot be held responsible for failed or returned deliveries due to the recipient not being at the specified delivery address, no response to doorbell, buzzer, or phone call after a reasonable amount of time, or if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery. In such cases, Designer Blooms reserves the right to charge for re-delivery (fees vary based on location). Orders returned to the studio due to unsuccessful deliveries are not eligible for a refund. In such instances, you can choose to have your order re-delivered on the same day (additional fees apply) if within our delivery time window, or it will be re-delivered the next day. Please note that we will not be liable for the quality of the blooms, especially for fresh/mixed blooms products. Designer Blooms is not responsible for any non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, closed or inaccessible roads, and other factors beyond our control. If a delivery fails under such conditions, the order will be returned to the studio, and a full refund will only be issued in rare cases. Otherwise, customers may contact Designer Blooms to arrange for repurchase and redelivery.
