How often will I receive my bouquet?
You can opt for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly deliveries based on what suits you best. Pick your delivery date for your first order, then subsequent bouquets will be delivered on Wednesdays. We also offer two payment options: pay-as-you-go or pay upfront for the entire subscription. Mix and match these choices to create a subscription plan that works for you!
Can I pick the style?
Every bouquet is uniquely designed by our floral team so that you receive something fresh and new every delivery. We do encourage you to let us know if you have your heart set on something special. We also ask that you let us know if there are any cultural sensitivities to colours or flowers.
Can I buy a subscription as a gift?
Absolutely! Subscriptions make great gifts for special occasions. You can customize the gift by selecting the delivery frequency and duration that suits your recipient. Surprise a loved one with a gift that keeps on giving!
Will my bouquet come with a vase?
You can purchase a vase from us for $25 for your first delivery to arrive in! From then, we will send the flowers as a bouquet and they can be added to your new vase. Can I change my delivery address?
Bought a subscription for yourself, but want to surprise a friend with a bouquet? No problem! Simply email us at ca@desigerblooms.com to change your delivery address. Please include the new recipients name and contact number for delivery. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice for any changes.
Can I pause or cancel my flower subscription?
Yes, please email us at ca@designerblooms.com or call 236-428-2704 at least two weeks before the next delivery in order to cancel or make any changes to your subscription service.
How often will I be billed?
We have two subscription plans, ongoing and prepaid. If you choose prepaid, you will be charged for all deliveries when you first place your order. If you choose ongoing, you will be charged according to the plan you chose; weekly, bi-weekly, monthly.
Is shipping free?
Yes! Shipping is free for subscriptions to select areas. Deliveries to zone 1 and 2 are free and deliveries to zone 3 are $10. Not sure what zone you’re in? Find out below:

Can I change the tier of my subscription?
Bought a grande subscription but fancy upgrading it to a luxe? No problem! Please email ca@designerblooms.com with your subscription details and the changes you would like to make!
NOTE:
Subscriptions with unsuccessful payments will be cancelled. Also, flowers will vary for every delivery depending on availability of blooms, but rest assured, we will deliver a product of similar value and quality.
The quantity of flowers should have been the same as all of my other orders. Subscriptions were pitched to me as a way to enjoy a better price for the same thing, but on a more regular basis.

So, you've just received a beautiful flower delivery! Now, let's make sure you can enjoy your fresh flowers for as long as possible. Here are some simple yet effective tips and tricks to keep your blooms looking vibrant and fresh!
🌼 Let Your Fresh Blooms Breathe
Upon arrival, free your bouquet from its packaging. Untie those stems and give your fresh flowers some space to breathe!
🌿 Trim and Tidy the Cut Stems
Get your flower stems off to a fresh start by trimming them at a 45º angle using sharp scissors or garden shears. Also, remove any excess leaves. This will allow your stems to absorb water more efficiently.
💦 Hydrate and Nourish Your Flowers with Flower Food
Clean your vase thoroughly before filling it with room temperature water. To eliminate harmful bacteria, give it a good rinse. Once your vase is ready, fill it halfway with water and add the flower food packet that came with your bouquet. This will help keep your flowers hydrated, nourished, and looking vibrant!
☀️ Find the Perfect Spot to Display Your Flowers
Place your fresh cut flowers in lukewarm water and find a cozy spot in your home to display them. Remember to avoid direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Your blooms will thank you for providing a comfortable environment!

Avoid placing your bouquet near fruits that produce ethylene, such as apples and bananas. These fruits can cause your flowers to wilt faster. Also, if you have pets, keep the flowers and plants out of their reach to ensure their safety and happiness.

Experience the convenience of flower delivery services in the Greater Vancouver Area with Designer Blooms. Enjoy free delivery for orders over $100, and expect your bouquet to be beautifully presented in our signature DB carrier box. Please note that delivery services are not available on Sundays. Exciting news! You can now send flowers across British Columbia and Alberta!
Same Day Delivery:
Exclusive same day flower delivery service in the Greater Vancouver Area. To ensure prompt delivery, please place your order online before 11am. This allows us ample time to craft your exquisite flowers. For your convenience, advance orders are also welcomed. If you need delivery to BC and Alberta, we offer next day delivery to selected postal codes or delivery within 1-2 days.
Delivery Time Estimates:
Expect delivery between 12pm-8pm, Monday to Friday, and 10am-6pm on Saturday. If you require a specific delivery time for a special occasion, we can accommodate your request for an additional charge of $10.

Our local delivery services cover areas including Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, Delta, Surrey, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, North Vancouver, and West Vancouver.

For shipping within British Columbia, a fee of $20 applies, while shipping to Alberta is priced at $25.
Returns and Refunds:
Orders can be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date to receive a full refund. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery will be charged in full. For any disputes, customers must provide proof of purchase (order number, order form, receipt, and a photo of the product in question) within 24 hours of delivery.
Failed, Returned, or Non-Deliveries:
Designer Blooms is not responsible for failed or returned deliveries in cases where the recipient is not at the specified delivery address, does not respond to doorbell, buzzer, or phone call after a reasonable amount of time, or refuses to accept the delivery. In such situations, Designer Blooms reserves the right to charge for re-delivery (fees vary based on location). Orders returned to the studio due to unsuccessful deliveries are not eligible for a refund. Should this occur, you have two options: (1) request re-delivery on the same day within our delivery time window for an additional fee, or (2) have the order re-delivered the next day. Please note that we will not be liable for the quality of the blooms, especially for fresh/mixed blooms products. Designer Blooms is not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, closed or inaccessible roads, or other factors beyond our control. If a delivery fails under such conditions, the order will be returned to the studio, and a full refund will only be issued in rare cases. Otherwise, customers may contact Designer Blooms to arrange for repurchase and redelivery.
