Give your flower stems a fresh start by snipping them at a 45º angle using sharp scissors or garden shears. Also, remove any excess leaves. By doing this, the stems will absorb water faster, ensuring your flowers stay hydrated and healthy!

First things first, make sure your vase is sparkling clean! Eliminate any potential harmful bacteria by thoroughly cleaning your vase before filling it with room temperature water. Delivery Policies

Designer Blooms offers flower delivery services in the Greater Vancouver Area. Enjoy free delivery for orders over $100! Each bouquet will arrive in our signature DB carrier box. We regret to inform you that Sunday delivery is not available. But exciting news! You can now conveniently send flowers across British Columbia and Alberta!

Same Day Delivery

Experience the convenience of same-day flower delivery, exclusively available in the Greater Vancouver Area. To ensure prompt arrival, please place your order online before 11 am on the day of delivery. This gives us enough time to create your beautiful flowers. For added convenience, advance orders are also accepted. If you need delivery to BC and Alberta, we offer next-day delivery to selected postal codes or delivery within 1-2 days.

Delivery Time Estimates

Enjoy the flexibility of our delivery hours. From Monday to Friday, orders will be delivered between 12 pm and 8 pm. On Saturdays, deliveries will be made from 10 am to 6 pm. If you require delivery at a specific time for a special occasion, we can accommodate your request for an additional charge of $10.

For deliveries within British Columbia, there is a fee of $20. Shipping to Alberta is priced at $25.

Returns and Refunds

We understand that plans may change. Orders can be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date, and a full refund will be issued. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery will be charged in full.
In the event of any disputes, customers must provide proof of purchase (order number, order form, receipt, and a photo of the product in question) within 24 hours of delivery.

Failed, Returned, or Non-Deliveries

While we strive for successful deliveries, certain circumstances may result in failed or returned deliveries. Designer Blooms cannot be held responsible if the recipient is not present at the specified delivery address, does not respond to the doorbell, buzzer, or phone call, or refuses to accept the delivery. In such cases, Designer Blooms reserves the right to charge for re-delivery (fees vary based on location).
Please note that orders returned to the studio due to unsuccessful deliveries are not eligible for a refund. However, alternative options are available. If within our delivery time window, you can choose to have your order re-delivered on the same day (additional fees apply). Otherwise, it will be re-delivered the next day.
We will not be liable for the quality of the blooms, especially for fresh/mixed blooms products. Designer Blooms is not responsible for any non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, closed or inaccessible roads, or other factors beyond our control. In the event of a delivery failure under such conditions, the order will be returned to the studio, and a full refund will only be issued in rare cases. Otherwise, customers may contact Designer Blooms to arrange for repurchase and redelivery.
