Give your flower stems a fresh start by snipping them at a 45º angle using sharp scissors or garden shears. Also, remove any excess leaves. By doing this, the stems will absorb water faster, ensuring your flowers stay hydrated and healthy!

First things first, make sure your vase is sparkling clean! Eliminate any potential harmful bacteria by thoroughly cleaning your vase before filling it with room temperature water. And don't forget to add the flower food packet that comes with your bouquet. This will provide your flowers with the necessary nutrients and hydration to keep them looking vibrant and fresh. Experience the joy of receiving your flowers on the same day with our exclusive same day delivery service, available in the Greater Vancouver Area. To ensure your flowers arrive promptly, it's best to place your order online before 11 am on the day of delivery. This allows our dedicated team to create your beautiful arrangement in time. We also welcome advance orders for added convenience. If you require delivery to British Columbia and Alberta, we offer next day delivery to selected postal codes or delivery within 1-2 days.
We understand that your time is valuable, which is why we provide flexible delivery time frames. Orders will be delivered Monday to Friday, between 12 pm and 8 pm, and on Saturdays from 10 am to 6 pm. If you need delivery at a specific time for a special occasion, we can accommodate your request for an additional charge of $10.

For shipping within British Columbia, a fee of $20 is applied. Shipping to Alberta is available at a fee of $25.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you wish to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery will be charged in full. In the event of any disputes, customers must provide proof of purchase (order number, order form, receipt, and a photo of the product in question) within 24 hours of delivery.
Failed returned, or undelivered items.
While we always strive for successful deliveries, Designer Blooms cannot be held responsible for failed or returned deliveries due to the recipient's absence at the specified delivery address, lack of response to doorbells, buzzers, or phone calls after a reasonable amount of time, or if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery. In these cases, Designer Blooms reserves the right to charge for re-delivery (fees vary based on location). Please note that orders returned to the studio due to unsuccessful deliveries are not eligible for a refund. However, you may choose to have your order re-delivered on the same day (additional fees apply) if within our delivery time window, or it will be re-delivered the next day. We want to remind you that we cannot be held liable for the quality of the blooms, especially for fresh/mixed blooms products. Furthermore, Designer Blooms is not responsible for any non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, closed or inaccessible roads, or other factors beyond our control. If a delivery fails under such conditions, the order will be returned to the studio, and a full refund will only be issued in rare cases. Otherwise, customers may contact Designer Blooms to arrange for repurchase and redelivery.
