Designer Blooms offers flower delivery services in the Greater Vancouver Area. Orders over $100 qualify for free delivery, and every bouquet will arrive in our signature DB carrier box. Please note that we do not offer Sunday delivery. We're excited to announce that you can now conveniently send flowers across British Columbia and Alberta!
Same Day Delivery
Experience the convenience of same-day flower delivery, exclusively available in the Greater Vancouver Area. To ensure prompt arrival, please place your order online before 11 am on the day of delivery. This allows us sufficient time to create your beautiful flowers. For added convenience, we also accept advance orders. If you need delivery to BC and Alberta, we offer next-day delivery to selected postal codes or delivery within 1-2 days.
Delivery Time Estimates
Enjoy the flexibility of our delivery hours. Orders will be delivered between 12 pm and 8 pm from Monday to Friday, and from 10 am to 6 pm on Saturdays. If you need delivery at a specific time for a special occasion, we can accommodate your request for an additional charge of $10.

For deliveries within British Columbia, there is a fee of $20, while shipping to Alberta is priced at $25.
Returns and Refunds
We understand that plans may change. Orders can be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date, and a full refund will be issued. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery will be charged in full.
In the event of any disputes, customers must provide proof of purchase (order number, order form, receipt, and a photo of the product in question) within 24 hours of delivery.
Failed, Returned, or Non-deliveries
While we strive for successful deliveries, there may be circumstances where deliveries fail or are returned. Please note that Designer Blooms cannot be held accountable for such instances if the recipient is unavailable at the specified delivery address, fails to respond to the doorbell, buzzer, or phone call after a reasonable amount of time, or refuses to accept the delivery. In such cases, Designer Blooms reserves the right to charge for re-delivery (fees may vary based on the location).
It is important to understand that orders returned to the studio due to unsuccessful deliveries are not eligible for a refund. However, alternative options are available. If it is still within our delivery time window, you have the choice to request re-delivery on the same day (additional fees apply). Otherwise, it will be re-delivered the following day.
We would like to highlight that we cannot be held responsible for the quality of the blooms, particularly for fresh or mixed bloom products. Designer Blooms cannot be held liable for non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, closed or inaccessible roads, or other uncontrollable factors. If delivery failure occurs under such circumstances, the order will be returned to the studio, and a full refund will only be issued in rare cases. Otherwise, customers are encouraged to contact Designer Blooms to arrange for repurchase and redelivery.
