Designer Blooms brings you flower delivery services in the Greater Vancouver Area. Orders over $100 enjoy free delivery, arriving in our signature DB carrier box. Kindly note, Sunday delivery is not available.

Same-day delivery is here exclusively for the Greater Vancouver Area. For prompt arrival, order online before 11 am on the delivery day. We create your beautiful flowers with care. Advance orders are also welcome.
Need delivery to BC and Alberta? Next-day delivery is available for selected postal codes, or delivery within 1-2 days.
Flexible delivery hours for your convenience. Monday to Friday: 12 pm to 8 pm, Saturday: 10 am to 6 pm. Specific time delivery for a special occasion? We've got you covered for an additional $10.
Our extensive local delivery covers Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, Delta, Surrey, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, North Vancouver, and West Vancouver.

For deliveries within British Columbia, there is a $20 fee, and shipping to Alberta is priced at $25.

Returns and Refunds:

Cancellations accepted at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery are charged in full.
For any disputes, customers must provide proof of purchase within 24 hours of delivery.

Failed, Returned, or Non-deliveries:

If the recipient is not present, unresponsive to delivery attempts, or refuses the delivery, Designer Blooms cannot be held responsible. In such cases, a re-delivery charge applies (fees vary based on location). Please note, orders returned due to unsuccessful deliveries are not eligible for a refund. However, you have options - re-delivery on the same day within our delivery window (additional fees apply) or next-day re-delivery. Designer Blooms is not liable for the quality of blooms, especially for fresh/mixed bloom products. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses, closed/inaccessible roads, or factors beyond our control. In rare cases of delivery failure under such conditions, a full refund is issued. Otherwise, customers may contact Designer Blooms for repurchase and redelivery arrangements.
