Delight in Designer Blooms' impeccable flower delivery services covering the Greater Vancouver Area. With orders over $100, enjoy complimentary delivery in our signature DB carrier box. Excitingly, we now offer seamless flower sending across British Columbia and Alberta!
Experience the ultimate convenience of same-day flower delivery, exclusively available in the Greater Vancouver Area. To ensure prompt arrival, kindly place your online order before 11 am on the desired delivery day. This allows us ample time to create your magnificent blooms. In addition, we gladly accept advance orders. For delivery to BC and Alberta, next-day delivery to selected postal codes or 1-2 day delivery options are available.
Embrace the flexibility of our delivery hours. Monday to Friday, experience the joy of receiving your order between 12 pm and 8 pm. On Saturdays and Sundays, deliveries are made from 10 am to 6 pm. If you require delivery at a specific time for a special occasion, we can accommodate your request for an additional charge of $10.
Our local delivery services extend throughout the Greater Vancouver area, including Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, Delta, Surrey, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, North Vancouver, and West Vancouver. Delivery rates within these areas are as follows:

Deliveries within British Columbia incur a fee of $20, while shipping to Alberta is priced at $25.
Failed, Returned or Non-deliveries
We understand that plans may change. Should you need to cancel your order, kindly do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery will be charged in full. In case of any disputes, please provide proof of purchase (order number, order form, receipt, and a photo of the product in question) within 24 hours of delivery.
While we strive for successful deliveries, certain circumstances may result in failed or returned deliveries. Designer Blooms cannot be held responsible if the recipient is unavailable at the designated address, does not respond to the doorbell, buzzer, or phone call within a reasonable timeframe, or refuses the delivery. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery (fees vary based on location). Please note that orders returned to the studio due to unsuccessful deliveries are not eligible for a refund. However, alternative options are available. If within our delivery time window, you may choose to have your order re-delivered on the same day (additional fees apply). Otherwise, it will be re-delivered the next day. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the quality of the blooms, especially for fresh/mixed blooms products. Additionally, Designer Blooms holds no responsibility for non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, closed or inaccessible roads, or other factors beyond our control. In case of delivery failure under such conditions, the order will be returned to the studio, and a full refund will be issued in rare cases only. Otherwise, customers may contact Designer Blooms to arrange for repurchase and redelivery.
