When you receive a dried bouquet, place it in a dry vase. Remember, even a small amount of moisture can cause mold to develop on the dried flowers.
Choosing the Perfect Spot:
Find a cozy spot in your home for your dried flowers, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Just like you, they prefer a comfortable environment!

Keep your furry friends safe and happy by storing dried flowers out of their reach. Let's make sure they don't mistake them for a fun chew toy.

Designer Blooms provides flower delivery services in the Greater Vancouver Area. Orders over $100 qualify for free delivery, and each bouquet will arrive in our signature DB carrier box. Please note that we do not offer Sunday delivery. We are excited to announce that you can now conveniently send flowers across British Columbia and Alberta!
Same Day Delivery
Experience the convenience of same-day flower delivery, exclusively available in the Greater Vancouver Area. To ensure prompt arrival, please place your order online before 11 am on the day of delivery. This allows us sufficient time to create your beautiful flowers. For added convenience, we also accept advance orders. If you require delivery to BC and Alberta, we offer next-day delivery to selected postal codes or delivery within 1-2 days.
Delivery Time Estimates
Enjoy the flexibility of our delivery hours. Orders will be delivered between 12 pm and 8 pm from Monday to Friday, and from 10 am to 6 pm on Saturdays. If you need delivery at a specific time for a special occasion, we can accommodate your request for an additional charge of $10.

Our local delivery services cover a wide range of areas, including Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, Delta, Surrey, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, North Vancouver, and West Vancouver. For deliveries within British Columbia, there is a fee of $20, while shipping to Alberta is priced at $25.
Returns and Refunds
We understand that plans may change. Orders can be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date, and a full refund will be issued. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery will be charged in full.
In the event of any disputes, customers must provide proof of purchase (order number, order form, receipt, and a photo of the product in question) within 24 hours of delivery.
Failed, Returned, or Non-deliveries
While we strive for successful deliveries, certain circumstances may result in failed or returned deliveries. Designer Blooms cannot be held responsible for such instances if the recipient is not present at the specified delivery address, does not respond to the doorbell, buzzer, or phone call after a reasonable amount of time, or refuses to accept the delivery. In such cases, Designer Blooms reserves the right to charge for re-delivery (fees vary based on location).
Please note that orders returned to the studio due to unsuccessful deliveries are not eligible for a refund. However, alternative options are available. If within our delivery time window, you can choose to have your order re-delivered on the same day (additional fees apply). Otherwise, it will be re-delivered the next day.
We will not be liable for the quality of the blooms, especially for fresh/mixed blooms products. Designer Blooms is not responsible for any non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, closed or inaccessible roads, or other factors beyond our control. In the event of a delivery failure under such conditions, the order will be returned to the studio, and a full refund will only be issued in rare cases. Otherwise, customers may contact Designer Blooms to arrange for repurchase and redelivery.
