Welcome to Designer Blooms, your go-to flower delivery service in the Greater Vancouver Area! We bring beauty straight to your door, making it easier than ever to enjoy the convenience of fresh flowers. With orders over $100, you can enjoy free delivery, and rest assured, each bouquet arrives in our signature DB carrier box, ensuring your flowers are safe and stunning. Please note that Sunday delivery services are currently unavailable.
Experience the joy of receiving your flowers on the same day with our exclusive same day delivery service, available in the Greater Vancouver Area. To ensure prompt delivery, place your order online before 11 am on the day of delivery. Advance orders are also welcome for added convenience. For deliveries to British Columbia and Alberta, we offer next day delivery to selected postal codes or delivery within 1-2 days.
We understand that your time is valuable, which is why we provide flexible delivery time frames. Orders will be delivered Monday to Friday, between 12 pm and 8 pm, and on Saturdays from 10 am to 6 pm. If you need delivery at a specific time for a special occasion, we can accommodate your request for an additional charge of $10.
Our local delivery services cover a wide range of areas, including Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, Delta, Surrey, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, North Vancouver, and West Vancouver.

For shipping within British Columbia, a fee of $20 is applied. Shipping to Alberta is available at a fee of $25.
Cancellations, returns, refunds and redeliveries
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. To cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery will be charged in full. In the event of any disputes, customers must provide proof of purchase within 24 hours of delivery.
While we strive for successful deliveries, Designer Blooms cannot be held responsible for failed or returned deliveries due to the recipient's absence, lack of response, or refusal to accept the delivery. In these cases, Designer Blooms reserves the right to charge for re-delivery (fees vary based on location). Please note that orders returned to the studio are not eligible for a refund. However, you may choose to have your order re-delivered on the same day (additional fees apply) if within our delivery time window, or it will be re-delivered the next day. We cannot be held liable for the quality of the blooms, especially for fresh/mixed blooms products. Furthermore, Designer Blooms is not responsible for any non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, closed or inaccessible roads, or other factors beyond our control. If a delivery fails under such conditions, the order will be returned to the studio, and a full refund will only be issued in rare cases. Otherwise, customers may contact Designer Blooms to arrange for repurchase and redelivery.
